What did you actually pay for your machine?

Device suppliers do not publish price lists. They negotiate — which means the only people who know the real range are the suppliers themselves. This survey is how UK clinics find out what everyone else paid.

It takes about two minutes. There is no prize draw — what you get for taking part is the compiled findings on what these machines cost to keep: annual servicing, breakdown rates, downtime and repair bills, by device type. See exactly what is being compiled.

Nobody publishes this. Manufacturers will not, and no clinic can work it out alone — the only way it exists is if enough owners pool what they know. Own several machines? Report them one after another — your details carry over, so each extra one takes about thirty seconds.

We ask for a work email so we know each response is a real clinic. It is used to send you the findings and nothing else — your identity is never published.

Suppliers and manufacturers never see responses — not individually, not as a list of who owns what, and not for their own machines.

This survey is self-reported: we are taking your word for it, and we will describe the findings as surveyed, never as verified. The separate equipment benchmark publishes price ranges only from purchases checked against an invoice or finance agreement. Keeping the two apart is the whole point — if you are willing to send the paperwork, add a verified report as well.
