Prize draw terms

Win £1,000 for your practice’s supplies, paid by bank transfer. Free to enter — add your prices.

  1. Promoter. Indexeli Intelligence Limited (company number 17096578), 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, trading as SupplyIndex.
  2. Who can enter. Owners, managers and staff of independent UK healthcare, aesthetics, dental, veterinary, optical, pharmacy, audiology and allied-health practices, aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, and employees of suppliers, distributors or manufacturers of the products we track, may not enter. The prize is awarded to the practice the winning entrant represents.
  3. How to enter. Add prices your practice paid at supplyindex.io/contribute, by typing them in or uploading an invoice, or report a piece of equipment your practice bought at supplyindex.io/capital-equipment (a free account is needed for equipment). No invoice is required. No purchase or payment is necessary, and entry is free.
  4. Entries. Each verified price is one entry. A price is verified when it is (a) typed in from an email address you have confirmed using the link we send, or (b) read from an uploaded invoice and approved by our team, or (c) entered by a signed-in member with a verified email, including an equipment report — and in each case not excluded by us. Prices from temporary or throwaway email addresses, prices we reasonably believe to be invented, duplicated or entered to gain entries rather than reflect a real purchase, and product prices paid more than 12 months before entry do not count (equipment reports may be for any purchase since 2018). There is no limit on entries per practice, but every entry must be a genuine price your practice paid.
  5. Audit. To keep the index accurate, we check a sample of entries and may ask you for evidence of a price — an invoice, order confirmation or finance agreement. If we ask and you can’t provide it within 14 days, we may exclude those prices from the index and the draw.
  6. Closing date. The draw closes when 50 main-consumable products have a live price benchmark on SupplyIndex, or at 23:59 UK time on 31 January 2027, whichever comes first. A product’s benchmark goes live once at least five different practices have added a price for it. “Main consumables” means aesthetic toxins, dermal fillers, skin boosters, bio-remodelling products, polynucleotides, biostimulators, fat-dissolving products, mesotherapy products and threads, and dental composites, anaesthetics, endodontic files, implants, restoratives, ceramics and whitening products. We check benchmarks daily; the draw closes at the check that first finds the target met. Prices received after closing are still used in the benchmark but are not entered in the draw.
  7. The prize. One prize of £1,000, paid by bank transfer to the winning practice’s business account, to put towards its supplies or use as it chooses. There is no alternative prize, and it is not transferable.
  8. The draw. The winner is chosen at random from all valid entries within 14 days of closing, each entry having an equal chance. The draw is carried out by the promoter using a computerised random selection.
  9. Winner. We will email the winner at the address used to enter within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, or cannot show they are eligible, we will draw another winner. The prize is paid within 30 days of the winner confirming eligibility and bank details.
  10. Publicity. We will publish the winning practice’s name only with its consent. The winner’s practice name and county are available on request by emailing hello@supplyindex.io within one month of the draw.
  11. Your data. Prices are used only in anonymised benchmarks, as set out in our privacy policy. We use your email to confirm your entry and contact you if you win; entering does not add you to any mailing list.
  12. General. The promoter may disqualify entries that breach these terms. If circumstances outside our control require it, we may amend or withdraw the draw, and will say so on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
