Rooms draw terms

Have a room, chair or surgery standing empty? List it free. Looking for space yourself? Register the area and days you want and we will tell you when a room comes up nearby (registering is not an entry in this draw).

1. Promoter. Indexeli Intelligence Limited (company number 17096578), 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, trading as SupplyIndex.
2. Who can enter. UK practices and businesses (clinics, salons, pharmacies, surgeries and similar) with a treatment room, chair or clinical space genuinely available to rent, entering through an owner, manager or authorised member of staff aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families may not enter. The prize is awarded to the practice the winning listing belongs to.
3. How to enter. Submit a listing at supplyindex.io/rooms-to-rent/list-your-room. Listing is free and no purchase or payment is necessary. Listings submitted since 24 October 2026, including those already on the directory, are entered automatically.
4. Entries. One entry per practice, however many rooms or listings it has. A listing only counts once we have reviewed and published it on the directory, and it must be for real space available to rent. Listings we reasonably believe are not genuine, or that are withdrawn before the draw, do not count. We review every listing within a few working days of receiving it.
5. Closing date. The draw closes at 23:59 UK time on 31 January 2027. Listings submitted by then count, provided they pass review.
6. The prize. One prize of £200, paid by bank transfer to the winning practice’s business account, to use as it chooses. There is no alternative prize, and it is not transferable.
7. The draw. The winner is chosen at random from all valid entries within 14 days of closing, each practice having an equal chance. The draw is carried out by the promoter using a computerised random selection.
8. Winner. We will email the winner at the contact address given on the listing within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, or cannot show they are eligible under clause 2, we will draw another winner. The prize is paid within 30 days of the winner confirming eligibility and bank details. We will never ask a winner for a payment, a fee or card details — a message that does is not from us.
9. Publicity. We will publish the winning practice’s name only with its consent. The winner’s practice name and county are available on request by emailing hello@supplyindex.io within one month of the draw.
10. Your data. We use the details on your listing to run the draw and contact you if you win, as set out in our privacy policy. Entering does not add you to any mailing list.
11. Facebook and Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
12. General. The promoter may disqualify entries that breach these terms. If circumstances outside our control require it, we may amend or withdraw the draw, and will say so on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
